How can I have my model glazing show clear from the inside so I would see the exterior but yet show reflective when I'm looking at it from outside? Is that possible in Revit?

I don't know - you test this out.  Set your glass to reflective, then on one side, paint it as transparent.  Paint is a one surface only tool.

Please come back with a view from both sides to let us know.

Im assuming when your inside doing a rendering you would not want to see reflection and on the outside you would want to see it.  You can create a two panel family for your windows.

One with reflection for outside rendering

One for inside thats transparent.

Use the on/off parameter for both types of panels in the family so you can turn one on and the other off.

That is another possibility.
