I used "override graphics" to apply a horizontal line pattern to a pad that I have. The view range is set to 4' cut, top @ 7', bottom at -5'. The problem is, the pattern only shows up on the surface when I have the pad selected and it is highlighted in blue. As soon as it is deselected, the pattern disappears at all zoom levels. The detail level is set to fine, and I am on Hidden Line. Any ideas?

It may be a view scale problem. Change the scale to a larger scale to see if it then shows up. Revit will not show tight patterns at small view scales.
