Has anyone had problems with Revit randomly crashing? Mine crashes several times a day at seemingly random moments. I'm running 8.1 and my computer has a 2.2 Ghz processor with 1GB RAM. It also is occasionally not able to open a certain view. The project I'm working on is only about 20mb so far.

Try closing all application that you don't need. Microsoft applications a hogs as far as ram is concerned. Also going up to 2GB RAM if possible will help.

It will be a video card issue. Ensure you close hidden windows systematically (having to many windows open at once cause the unable to generate view error). Ensure you have the latest or the most reliable drivers for your video card.
If all else fails disable open Gl.

Thanks, video card driver was okay. Switched off Open GL acceleration and it hasn't crashed since.
