I am looking to add a new Area Scheme (or modify Rentable).  However, I cannot find any resources that describe how to do this.  I can add a new Area Scheme at Room&Area/Area Schemes, but I see no where to define it (or modify Rentable) ... can anyone shed some light on this subject?

If you already have one in your project, select it and click "edit scheme" in your toolbar. There you can define how you want it to look visually. 

If you already have one and want to make a new one, duplicate the view you want and then choose the area legend tool. of course you must have rooms defined for it to recognize the spaces and populate the scheme.
