All the chairs are showned as transparent in 'Plan View' and I would like to make them shown with a solid colour (white) fill. (so the timber floorboard pattern of the ground wouldn't be seen through the chairs)

I have tried 3 methods - (1) using the 'Override Graphics Visibility' and (2) check/tick the 'shown in "Plan/RCP" through the 'Edit Family' and (3) Adding a 'Masking Region' through 'Edit Family'.

None of these methods have worked for me.

Is/Are there any other solutions to this problem?

Thanks!  / Daveen

Your chair family has only symbollic linework for plan view.  No solids.

You can add a masking rgion to the stair family.

@WWHub:

I have already tried adding a masking region but it didn't work!

And what do you mean that the chair family only has 'symbolic linework' (and not solid) for plan view?

How do you change it to 'Solid'?

(If you mean going back to 'Edit Family' and selecting the solids to 'show in Plan/RCP' - I've done that too and it didn't work)
