Thank you for your attention:Let's say I have a bunch of rooms/areas. They fall under 2 categories - room type A and Room type B. I want to create a schedule that will not only list rooms A and rooms B separately, and not only add up the total areas (i.e. total area of all rooms type A and total area of all rooms type B) but also to do a mathematical formula - i.e. Room A total area is multiplied by 1.414 and room B total area multiplied by 1.112. How do I do this in scheduling?I'm ok with calculations, but the problem is that it gets applied to ALL the items listed. I don't know how to do these calculations AFTER they have separated the room types, and each room type has its own formula. Please help!Thank you so much.JLB

Shouldn't be hard.

Keep it simple and create two seperate schedules and 'Filter' each schedule to collect Room A's and Room B's. Then from there you can apply your calculation factor to each schedule seperately as required.

Ley us know if this works.
