I am trying to model a curved driveway that is sloped.  How do I get the top of the slab to be level?  Point A is too high while point B lines up correctly with the slab to the right.  Essentially it seems as if the slope arrow needs to be curved.  Is this possible?

Use a "Slab" (you can control those points), instead of a "Ramp".

You could also create a subregion on the site, making a sketch with that curved shape. It will follow the slope of the site. Or, you could create the driveway with a split region, and then modify the individual elevation of its points.

I'm with Alf on this.  I see no reason to model a thickness on roads so I always grade the site accordingly then spit the surface and assign my material.
