I want to make a AREA TAG for Regions.
SEE LINK
How can I find that parameter?
Or do you know a family that already does it?

Why don't you create an "Area Boundary" around your "Filled Region" then place the tag area?

If the boundary is changed it will be rework if use area boundary. You can use 'Detail Item tag' which is in 'Annotations' folder. Add a shared parameter with name 'Area' and can manually enter the area from filled region property.
