I need help trying to set a parameter to a door swing. I would like the Door Swing in plan view to be able to adjust so that way certain door swings will not overlap each other. Thanks!

Draw reference lines and then aling and lock your symbolic lines and add an angle dimension parameter to it, set it by instance so that you can change one door without changing all of the others.

Did you align and lock the END of the symbolic line to BOTH the horizontal and vertical reference lines?

Yes i did, does it matter if they are Ref. Lines or Planes? What else do you think it could be?

Yes it has to be a reference line.  Add your family on here and I will see if I can take a look at it.

There should be one of these in the download section that you can develop from if that helps.

Anything with Angle related constraints needs to be Reference Lines. Not Reference Planes.

Just wondering if you were able to figure out the problem with that door swing issue?
