I just opened up an archived REVIT 2010 file that had been archived as an as-built project, the title block is now missing from all of the sheets and the "project information" interface button is grayed out and not able to be activated. It seams as if there is some sort of corruption that has happened that has frozen the "project information" interface and deleted all of the title blocks that referenced the project information. Has anyone run into this before? I have tried updating the file to 2013 but the project information was stil inaccessible in the 2013 file. Please let me know if anyone has experienced this and if there is a solution.

Someone may have deleted the sheet family and all instances from the project.  Did you try to put a new sheet in the sheet view and see if it populates?

Thanks but I have inserted the same title block back into the Revit file and it does not populate because the title blocks are no longer on each sheet, they are very litteraly gone, its as if they have been deleted. I can easily drop a new title block into place and then copy and past it into all of the sheet views - the real problem now is that when I drop the new title block in the project information doesn't even populate - it is like it that information in the model is very litterally frozen. Is there some hidden check box somewhere that freezes this that I am unaware of?
