I am loooking for a concrete column that will be multi storey & that you can manipulate the column size for each level. (ie. 500X500 from main to seconf, 450X450 from 2nd to 3rd, 400X400 from 3rd to roof)

You will need a seperate column for each level.
The easy way to place these is one level, then copy all to clipboard, paste aligned to next level and while still chosen, change their size then do the ame to the next level....
