The newbie I mean

So Hi guys just wanted to say that I recently moved on Revit from Autocad and one of the few things I haven't figure out is how to make projection lines in a hidden format... for example; when yoy make a stair, you found the steps in solid lines and then after the cut line the stair appears in hidden lines. How do I make to get the same to put a couple of hidden lines from a wall in adoor opening??

Thanks on advance

Ohhh I see... you have to edit that door family and create those hidden symbolic lines like you want.
