I would like to create a table in revit so I can enter the zoning information, building height, flor space, side setbacks, groos floor area,lot coverage etc.
Any recommendation on this?

Not sure why you want to do this as a table since the information is "one of a kind". Schedules work best when multiple information needs to be reported. I would just place this information in a legend and format as you wish.
If you must do a schedule, then pick a category you don't schedule in your maodel and do it as a schedule key. You read about how to create a schedule key in your Help.
