I would like to create a table in revit so I can enter the zoning information, building height, flor space, side setbacks, groos floor area, lot coverage etc.

Any recommendation on this?

Thanks!

Not sure why you want to do this as a table since the information is "one of a kind".  Schedules work best when multiple information needs to be reported.  I would just place this information in a legend and format as you wish.

If you must do a schedule, then pick a category you don't schedule in your maodel and do it as a schedule key.  You read about how to create a schedule key in your Help.

Thanks WWhub

I think legend may work.
