Issue ; have a linked file from Arch in my project as "Overlay", linked file is not displaying as a background file shoul or as a halftone display, its being displayed as regular lines (black lines) as the rest of my project (it's confusing due to all our Pipes, etc.)
I can't change any lines, text, etc. to halftone, I toggle between normal and Halftone and it's as if it doesn't work! (Halftone)
Also, if I "Save to New File.." the same view, halftone is works...
Question; Is this due to a corrupted file?
Thank you for the taking time reading this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

HAve you tried overriding graphics in View by right clicking ont he object? if not, you should look at your underlay and half tone seetings.
