Hi all,

I have been trying to render interior images which also look outside to the garden / cafe area. I have tried different time settings, however the outside is always too bright and blowen out that you cant see anything but bright light.

in the view you can see across an open space to a building beyond and trees between the two buildings. The building the view is looking across to is linked into the file I am creating the views from. Could this be an issue?

Any tips on how to solve this would be great.

Regards,

Nyree

Thanks, I gave it a go but by the time I can see the outside the inside image is not good. I will keep on playing around.

Set "highlights" to 0 and play with "exposure value" and "Mid tones" and set "shadows" lighter and put a "study light" in the interior to compesate and if it is not enough set the time to something like 6 a.m. or 5:50 p.m. And even you could try to make a translucid -out of the scene- roof that opaques the sun light a little. And if you want I could do it for you for some bucks.
