Could you know how to separate the floor to 2 diffrent plate? i mean if i draw one large floor plate and want to separate some

of it to the different not change only material but including level and kind of structure so how can i make it?

Edit the sketch of the floor - copy all linework to clipboard, then get rid of the half you don't want, add closing lines and finish the edit.  Now create new, paste in your copied sketch, get rid of the other half, add closing lines and finish.  Change the idividual floors to the proper floor types.

I generally forget to copy to clipboard the original sketch lines, so I've been copying the floor (or ceiling/extrusion/etc.) to the same place, then editing the sketch of each of the floors. It's a couple more steps than WWHub's method, but it does help when your memory is as poor as mine.
