I have a number of views that allow me to change between different phase filters. For some reason, a few views will not let me change it from "Show All"... it's greyed out.

Is there a reason this would happen?

The issue was an applied View Template.

Thanks for the prompt response anyways! I hope this helps anyone else who runs into this.
