I want to make a family roombouding. Is that possible???

There is not a way to make a family room bounding.  A workaround I found in another thread

"A workaround is to create a seperate Revit project, load your family, add the room sep lines, group everything and save out the group as a new Revit project. Then when you need to use the family,in a new project you load and place the group which contains the family and the room sep lines."
