How can i get this wall to clean up?

I created the red circled wall with an in place family (wall Category) Cause it has a funky shape! I dont know if this is the best way of doing it let me know what you think!

I tried to join geometry tool witch didnt work

Why not just use actual walls to achieve this?  I believe that is your best bet.
