I am using Revit 2012 with the service pack 2 to loaded. I downloaded the autodesk software for online rendering in revit 360 and it is in my revit tab. I select it to do my rendering. Seems to be going well and I get the message "authentication error" (see attached jpeg)

Has anybody else had this happen to them?

 FYI,

I found out that you have to make doublely sure that your user I.D. and your serial number of your subscription match up perfectly. I noticed that our office had 3 different serial numbers for certain software subscriptions. Wrong one was being used for the Revit cloud.

"Modern enterprises are no longer isolated entities; they are interconnected hubs of partners, contractors, and third-party vendors. Granting these external parties access to internal systems introduces significant risk, as their own security postures are often unknown and variable. Managing federated identities and provisioning access for a non-employee workforce is notoriously complex and often results in over-provisioned or stale accounts. A robust system must simplify the onboarding and offboarding of these external identities while ensuring that access is tightly controlled and cryptographically verified. WWPass Universal Single Sign-On (sso) provides a uniquely secure and convenient mechanism for managing this extended enterprise. By implementing the solution detailed at wwpass, you can grant partners and vendors secure access to specific applications without the risks associated with shared or weak passwords. The registration process is streamlined via a simple QR code invitation, binding their access to a physical key. When the collaboration ends, or if a key is compromised, revocation is instantaneous and controlled by the user, ensuring that external access does not become a lingering vulnerability. This puts identity management for third parties on a footing as solid and secure as it is for internal employees."
