Hi I am currently using Revit MEP 2012 and am working on an arena project. I would like to know if there is a way to tag all the rooms in the project at once rather than one at a time, or if i do have to tag them one at a time can i make them show up in other views? Seems like it should be a simple thing but I'm just not seeing how to do this. Any suggestions are appreciated, Thanks.

Rooms are 3D so once the properties are set, you don't have to do that for other views.  Room tags though are 2D so they have to be placed in each view.

Under the room and area  / tag pull down - is tag not all and you can pick rooms.  BTW, once you have a view all tagged and the tags where you want them, you can window the view, filter for room tags and copy/paste them to any viw, no matgter what scale it is.

Most annotations are view specific, they only show in the view that they are placed-in.

I cant "tag all" but i didn't know about being able to copy and paste them vrom view to view, Thanks!
