I made a label for with 3 parameters: Project name, Project Address, and Project Status.  When I insert it into the project, They don't show up in the properties menu (under identity data).  When I click on it - T "change parameter value" box comes up in the middle of the screen with the project address is greyed out (can't edit).  What am I doing wrong?

go to your project parameters in the project and load the shared parameters into your project from there.  If you want the parameter to be different per sheet make it a sheet type of parameter.  If you want it to be a global change through the sheets make sure its project info.

Thanks Quinn.

Not sure how to do this.  In the project browser on the left, I see them already listed under familirs/ annotation symbols.  Is this what you're talking about?

Go to manage - shared parameters - add - check shared parameters - find your shared parameter for the label you made then click ok.  Select under categories either project info. or sheet.  Sheet for per sheet, project info for all sheets you decide.
