I need to know (please - step by step) how to slope a roof but maintain the analytical model lines as flat physical model shows sloped roof?

Assuming your sloping a Floor since a Roof isn't a structural member, this is what to do to maintain a flat analytical plane associated to the level the floor (roof) is on. Create your floor and slope as you normally would, afterwards select the floor and in the properties box select the flyout that says "Floors (1)" and select "Analytical Floors (1)", scroll down to "Analytical Alignment" change "Alignment Method" to Projection and then change "Projection" to the Level you want and Apply.
