I am experiencing this really annoying response from the scroll bar on the Property Dialog box on Revit Architecture 2013.

If I scroll down to, say, the area with the phases at the bottom, and then move my mouse outside the Properties dialog box, the scroll will bounce the display back up, making me have to re-scroll down again if I want to see where I was again, as though I scrolled back up to where is was before even though I haven't.   Drive me nuts.

Anyone else experienceing this, and better yet...fixed the problem?

Folks, Please remember that we are NOT AutoDESK so complain here is OK if you just want to vent.  But if you want Revit to change, send your complaint to AutoDESK.

Autodesk have acknowledged that there is an issue with the scroll bar in the PP. Although there are no details, I would say it's either a Windows Update issue and/or a .NET 4.5 one, as the same issue affects REVIT 2013 and 2014 (at least). The Autodesk development team are working to resolve this. We have just had REVIT 2014 Update Release 2, so hopefully Update 3 is not too far away that includes this fix. No doubt REVIT 2013 will get an update as well.

Hope that's helpful for those being bugged with this
