How to hide those joint lines in 3D and elevations?

Did you do those stairs in one sketch with a landing?  If you had, I don't think you get those stair stringer lines.  Same with the handrail.

Get your desired view and use linework, use invisible.

Thanks Mhans! Does any "global" way to do it? I had go to each view, sections, elevations and 3D, to hide those lines.

I check the Object Style but found none. I guess Revit has not thought of it. Here's your workaround that can save you time. For 3d, clean up one 3D view of all those undesireables and duplicate it with detailing and adjust to the view you prefer. For Elevation, go to Visibility/Graphic overrides and select 'medium or coarse' detail level on railing or stair.
