I created a shower head family with a label on it and when i place it in the shower bathroom floor plan the shower family object is covering up the labels from the shower head

Model elements are placed in space according to 3D rules.  There is no "bring to front".  << Does that give you a hint?

Also, You say the "shower family" .  Does this have a masking region in it?  < May be your problem.

I figured it out, i had to model the shower head and lable in a plumbing wall based family rather than a generic wall based

Thanks

But i do got another questio tho, i have been working on different design options for my firm and on certian views (the plumbing plan) the walls are not joinging at the corners and so i tried to join them by using the milter option and it does not work, could it because the two different walls are on different options?
