Sometime durring my project my 2nd floor disappered from the browser. I shows up in the elevation veiw but not in the browser. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!!!

Just because you have a level in the elevation doesn't mean you have a corresponding floor plan in the browser.
What color is the target on your level line? Blue indicates it has an associated floor plan. Black means it has none.

go to
view/plan view/floor plan select 2nd floor plan and ok
then 2nd floor appered in project browser

FYI, this most likely happened if you "copied" or "arrayed" your level lines up rather than "drew" them using the Level command. They don't automatically get created in the browser if you do it that way.
Rinesh's answer is the solution in case that happens.

Is there someone who can help me, I can not see my house in building elevation, only the south side. How can I make it visible in the north, east and west?

Click on your elevation marker and pull the view range to include your elements.
Please read about elevations in your HELP.

make sure your elevations and floor plans are all the same phase, like existing or new, because that willl change what is displayed.
