I am learning Revit at TAFE while having to do a design assignment, and want to have a wall canted out, the top of wall about 500mm further out than the bottom of wall. Cant seem to figure it out. Can anyone give me any pointers? cheers

You have to create an "In-Place" family in category "Walls".

Hi Dasher77, You might try making a mass or importing a an autocad or SketchUp model and making a wall by face.

Polar - In this case "Wall by face" will not work, read his question: "...the top of wall about 500mm further out than the bottom of wall."

You can't do that with wall by face.

Hi Dasher77 and Typhoon,

I apologize, Typhoon is absolutely right. Here's one way you might make your canted, tapered wall. Good luck.
