Hi,
I'm new in revit world. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out on how to create custom reveal.
Step by step process would help since I'm new to revit.

Not enough information, you want to create reveals in what? walls? floor?
Look at the bottom of this page and you will see some threads about that...
