I'm looking to see if it is possible to create a schedule/legend that can read the view that is placed on a sheet.  I'm creating room data sheets and want to have doors, finishes etc to read just the room on the sheet.  Multiple schedules are fine since I need different information for each family piece or inserted data.

You can create schedules that have manual filters to read data from filtered rooms but it can't be automatic based on the sheet.

Thanks, I figured it was not going to be possible, but wanted to double check first.

Has there been any update to this in Revit 2014 or 2015.  We would like a schedule to read only the symbols placed on the sheet not the entire project.  Also can this bee done with keynotes?

Keynotes themselves can be scheduled by sheet.
