How do you get rid of old Revision cloud. when adding a new revision I cannot get rid of the old one . Any tips ?

In your revision setup, the last column on the right is where you set what is to show for eack revision.  Nothing, Rev tag only, Rev Tag and cloud.

under the View Tab, sheet composition, revions

make sure the the 'issued' box is unchecked. You can't make any changes to revisions that have been issued. Then just select the cloud and hit delete. If your trying to remove a revision issue all together, you'll have to select it then "merge' up or down with a different one.
