I am looking into various methods of managing custom Revit families efficiently while keeping it extremely user friendly. Can anyone suggest 3rd party adins or other methods of using a large Revit library efficiently?

This seems to be one that is largly talked about but I have not used it myself yet. I would love to hear feedback from anyone who has used this program or any other program for that matter as I think its becoming a NEED in my office.

Try out Unifi http://www.inviewlabs.com/unifi.html
Its in Beta form right now and free to try. Pro is planned to be released toward the end of the year. We're looking for feedback on the Beta as we finish the Pro version. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

Also look at the Smart Family Browser from Tools4Revit.com. It's a pretty nice tool.
