I would like to show my ground floor walls as dashed lines.
I read a post by Mr Spot in the search from 2006 but could not follow it is it different in 2012? can anyon help. please.
I have a 2 level apartment block & want to show the ground floor walls as dashed so that I can design the floor framing easier but do not want the grey lines of the current underlay getting mixed up with floor framing details.

I have found the answer. Go to the manage tab & to drop down addditional settings where you will find halftone/underlay, in that dialog there are 3 parameter you can change, Weight - Pattern & Brightness.

you can always go to the Modify tab > go to view> click on the line work tool.
Highlight the lines you want to display differently and change the line type.

The idea was to change the underlay line style as a whole format rather than just single lines.
