We want to create a schedule for reference that shows the Type Mark, Mark, Electrical Panel, Circuit and Apparent Power.

Can this be done in Revit MEP 2012?

Try creating a multi-category schedule, and make sure all the families you want displayed on the schedule have each of these parameters. Add filters to filter by Type Mark and Mark and Electrical Panel and Circuit and Apparent Power. As long as all these parameters are in each of the families, they will show up on the schedule.

Or you could create a schedule filter so that only families (regardless of category) that meet certain criteria show up on the schedule. For example, yo might create a shared parameter called Reference Schedule. You put this parameter in each family (it doesn't need to have a value) and you also put it in the schedule as a hidden field. Then on the schedule's filter tab, choose Filter By > Reference Schedule > exists.
