In Revit 2013 I am trying to print a perspective with model and drafting hatches. They show up on screen but when I print them they disappear. This happens in Hidden Line and Shaded Model views. We didn't have this issue with earlier versions of Revit. Anyone have any thoughts, similar experiences, solutions, etc.

Drafting hatches will never work in a 3D view so I don't know how you get them to work in a view unless you are placing them in "paper" space.

Actually I have no drafting patterns in this view. I changed them just before I uploaded the images. The problems with the model hatches still exists.

You should have said that the image was your screen view. I assumed it showed the problem and I did not initially open the PDF.
Try a different PDF writer.
Re you printing raster or vector?
Is this on a sheet? If so, make sure you deactivate the view before you print.

Sorry for the lack of clarity.
The Print Preview is showing the surfaces with no hatch patterns so it leads me to believe this an internal Revit issue. Screenshot of print preview attached.
Printing in raster, high quality. Tried presentation quality too and no change.
Printing from the view, not on a sheet.
Different pdf writer yeilds the same result.

Print preview does not seem to work right on any system I have used for 2012 or 2013 so don't pay attention to that. This does not affect the output.
Revit will only print a tone if a pattern is too oblique to the view. This may be your problem but it may be your drivers. Have you installed all of the latest?
