Hello, I have (2) two questions regarding the capabilities of Revit Schedules:

1. Can a Revit Schedule alert the user of a "Req'd. maintenance per product Warranty" of a (Door, Window, etc)

2. Can submittals and specs be entered as additional info. in an "Instance or Element, component"ie (Door, Window, etc) ?

Thank you.

It sounds like you are trying to use Revit for facility management.  It is not designed for that purpose.  If so, maybe this will help you:

,,,And I would add - Google Revit Facilities Management ....

Thank you WWHub for your prompt imput & support to my request.

Correct, the end product i am seeking to provide is a Dwg. set to owner as Project "Close-out package".  For the elements/components in Dwg to be able to contain specs, submittals, etc Mfr.-Warranty req'mts, etc. for "Facilities manager" to utilize and maintain all aspects of the bldg.

This is what I'm attemting to understand and produce would be the best possible method for this purpose.
