Is it possible to override area computation?

Lets say revit has computed my area as 10sqm, But I want that to change to 25sqm that also reflects at schedules/quantities.

possible?

I don't know of anywhere in Revit where you can over-ride a calculated or real value.  That is what makes this program so good.

If you want to create a dumb parameter and enter values in that, you can do this.
