I have a 5" thk. precast panel. I started with a 4" conc wall, duplicated, and then added a 1" profile to the exterior of it. The reason why is because I needed a 1" bevel at the top and bottom of it when the curtain wall sits on it or below it. I have multiple profiles since this wall covers 3 stories, so 3 separate curtain walls. Question is; I need to put some vertical reveals in the wall that align with the mullions. But the wall sweep reveal attaches/inserts at the core of the wall and ignores the profile. Is there a way to cut the profile with a reveal?

Not sure I understand.
"...The reason why is because I needed a 1" bevel at the top and bottom of it when the curtain wall sits on it or below it."... << You can do this with a reveal.
'...I have multiple profiles since this wall covers 3 stories, so 3 separate curtain walls." << Why curtain walls? NO NEED
"...I need to put some vertical reveals in the wall that align with the mullions. But the wall sweep reveal attaches/inserts at the core of the wall and ignores the profile. Is there a way to cut the profile with a reveal?" << We often have vertical reveals that align with the edges of windows. We just move them till they are centered on the edge of the widow. The result is a chamfer ... the reveal doesn't cut the window. What profile do you want to cut?

I think I understand what you are saying about the chamfer. I have attached a small section. That's a 4" concrete wall w/ (2) 1" profiles on top of it. This happens multiple times on my 3 story building. I didn't realize I could use the reveal as a chamfer at the top and bottom w/o affecting my wdw. So thx for your solution.
But, can you cut a reveal into a profile? The horiz. reveal you see in my dwg is a fake. My (2) profiles are spread out to create that. I want to create a vertical one now but the reveal cuts the core wall and not the profile

If you have horizontal and vertical reveals, one doesn't cut the other because where they intersect, one already has cut the wall.
This could be one wall - full height with embedded curtain wall windows.
