Maybe I am missing something really simple but I just can NOT figure this out!  I have a floor level at 1688', I start drawing my toposurface which is at 1683' (for the first few points). when I go into an elevation I would expect to see the toposurface 5 feet below the floor level but instead it is 95' above the floor level.  Now in our template we have our default floor level set up at 100' so is there something in a setup that is forcing the toposurface to offset 100' above the floor level?

This is a tricky one to field in text over a discussion group.

It has to do with the 'elevation base' type property of the levels themselves [project or shared] and whether the project was relocated or not.

Thanks!  Our level type properties was set to survey point instead of Project Base point!
