Looking for wall type that have wd base, recessed wall panels, chair rails and crown molding; at least any idea in how to add the recessed panel sweep or profile into the wall type, anybody?

Could you create a new wall by using the edit family, I know that theres a stacked wall that you might be able to use as a base. or maybe if you didnt have to add it to many walls you could modle a void or alike for what you need

You can not create this as a wall type.  I would use in-place sweeps for the chair-rail and base.  I don't like these defined in the wall type but they can be.  I would use an adjustable face based void family to create the recessed panels.  You can then paint the voided areas or if their is a layer at the depth of the void, that material can be revealed.
