Trying to remember something I used to know and can't remember:  How to do 2 different materials in a vertical wall stucture.  Something with split region and assigning layers, can't figure it out, go to wiki only to get run around in circles.  Does anyone know the name of the moron who set up the wiki site???

Go to MODIFY>SPLIT SURFACE then you can PAINT the wall with the material you want.

We don't use the wiki help.  When you install, you also install the built-in help.  It is much better and you can set your pointers to it instead of wiki.

To reset the Help pointer, I wrote this for 2011.. 2012 is different and I have not rewritten it yet

In your Revit.ini file set this:

UseHelpServer=0

HelpBrowser=0

You also need to set the locally installed help such as: ENUHelp.cab=C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit Architecture 2011\Program\
