Whenever I open 2013, it gives me a message saying

"Rendering Features are currently disabled.  you must installed the rendering library to use rendering features"

Anyone have any idea where to access this library and why it wasnt installed when 2013 was installed?

First my disclaimer, I don’t know how to fix this problem.

But someone just fixed it for me and this is what they did.  Go to:

C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Revit_Architecture_2013_English_Win_32bit-64bit\content\ADSKMaterials\2013\CM

and run MaterialLibrary2013.msi 

Doing that reinstalled the Rendering Library for Revit 2013.

Again, I don’t know what doing this will do for you, but it worked for me.
