When i try to connect two walls in a corner, they refuse to connect correctly.

The wall types are the same. I don't know why revit insists on breaking up the wall in two parts (see attachement).

I the walls look normal when not connected, only when i extend one side so it overlaps with the other side,

revit constructs this ??

Are these stacked walls?

Are both walls the same height with the same base point?

Base point is the same: Base constraint: Level 2, offset 0

Top constraint: up to level 3

How can i see if it is a "stacked" wall ? Although i guess not.

If these two walls are the same and these have the same height and base point, then there is something else here that you have not shared with us.  Something else is cutting this wall.

Keep looking

It seems to be the corner. I can't create any joined wall on this corner (tried other types/standard types). Don't know why.

Very strange. When clicking the error message, i discovered that there was still a small wall present (half hight) on level 2.

This wall was not visible in any of my views, except the "Site" view ???

When i deleted this wall, the problems went away....

Over time, you will learn to trust the program and recognize that if you have a problem, you created it - somehow.  Glad you found the problem.
