Ok.. I undestand the way revit works when you are making a ceilings plan with all the light fixtures attached to the ceiling hosts.. but what about the lights that I need to specify that goes on the floors (ground floor), iluminating a wall or some three from the floor level.

If the light families only works on ceilings, what can we do for this lights on the ground floor? I do not want to cheat making them with detail lines or model lines or symbols I wish to be able to use a lighning fixture family of a light that can be attached to the ground floor... Any suggestions? (maybe I am missing something)

Thanks a lot!

"I wish to be able to use a lighning fixture family of a light that can be attached to the ground floor... " - You have that kind of families in your lighting library already created OR you can crete your owns, also, if you search in our download section you'll see some of them...
