Hi everyone

I am an architect and linked mep to my revit file

we have "exhaust fans" and "Packaged Water Chillers"

now,I want to hide all "exhaust fan" in roof plan,

so

-if I unmark the mechanical equipment in V/G , all of them...hide

-I can not say to mep team to specify a workset for "exhaust fans"

-and it is impossible to select one by one with tab and hide them

Thanks to show me the best waySmile

If they are all the same family, right click select one and pick - select all instances - visible in view, then hide them.

While the pull down for the filter won't show the linked model's families,

you can type in the name manually and it will work. (I just tested it with 2012, worked just fine)
