I imported a CAD detail at its native drawn scale of 1" = 1'-0", and started working on it with THIN LINES on...when I turned THIN LINES off, the lineweights looked a bit clunky.

Is it possible to have all the lineweights stepped down to what they would be at scale 3" = 1'-0" while maintaining the proper drawn scale of 1" = 1'-0"?

Thanks.

Check out your HELP to learn how to set up line weights for import from CAD to REVIT

http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Revit/enu/2013/Help/00001-Revit_He0/0061-Start_a_61/0066-Using_In66/0070-Importin70/0079-Setting_79

When we imported out CAD details we would manually change the CAD lineweights to our new REVIT line types and then saved our details as we went into a template so that we only had to do it once and have a central place where all of our details reside.  Revit automatically scales your drawing revit lines with the scale of the drawing, you may need to use trial and error to find what line weights work with what scales.
