Hello Everyone.

So we know that family files have some defult parameters like 'voltage' than can be shared into project schedule. We can also create shared parameter by making a new txt file.

Now I need to somehow add more defult parameters in my family because this single temple I am using do not have 'voltage' that I need. I want them to be readable by themself without a seperate txt need to be downloaded.

So I am wondering if there is a defult parameter text file avaliable within revit folder so that even if I loaded that finle in my family other can still read it without a extra text file?

Or if there are other ways to add some defult parameters I would like to know, thanks

Could you simply change the family category in the family editor to get the correct parameters?  Check it out!
