I have created a titleblock template for my company. In a portion of the template, there is text that is rotated. Each letter, rotated individually. One the outside curve, the text loads into the project at the corect orientation. However, on the inside curve, all the text is inverted (appears upside down).

I need to know how to lock in the text orientation so it loads appropriately.

Not sure what you mean.  Inverted from what you want?  Revit will not place text in a full circle if that is what you want - It will always be drafting standard readable.

The issue was that I had individual letters rotated around a central point that appeared correct in the family, but once uploaded into a project were all upside down.

Solution is as follows....

I had originally started my text near the west quadrant. At that point Revit flips the text box automatically from being top facing (allowing me to rotate it to arc along the top half of the circle) to being bottom facing (Allowing the user to arc along the lower half).  So, at the exact location (west quadrant) the text box wanted to automatically readjust the texts orientation. I had, mistakenly rotate/copied the same (inverted) text repeatedly (on the centerpoint of the overall circle) for each subsequent letter.

When I originally uploaded the family into the project, all the text was upside down.  I did get it fixed by intentionally leaving the text letters that fell below the east/west quadrant flipped and re-lettering the text in the top half of my circle.  In the family it looks like an error, but in the actual drawing, the text orientates correctly.

I've tried to explain this thoroughly for others who might have this same problem.
