Hi everyone...i'm in panic..

My revit crashed, and the last saved rvt file was at 4:20PM, and it crashed at 6:30PM...

The journal file is between 2:00PM and 6:30PM...

Is there a way to recover all the project process that i did between 4:20Pm and 6:30PM with the journal file?

i've tried to move journal file into revit desktop icon, but it only show the process until 4:20PM...and then shows a message: "The journal file could not be run to completion"

Any solution??? Please it´s very important the lost data...

Are you having trouble finding the journals or they just wont run?  I found this in a previous post.

For 2012 - the HELP says:

Revit Architecture creates a new journal file each time you use the software. The journal file with the highest number is the most recent file. By default, journal files reside in the following location:

  • Windows XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Autodesk\Revit\<product name and release>\Journals
  • Windows Vista or Windows 7: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Revit\<product name and release>\Journals

The Journal folder is hidden by default in Windows.
