Hello,

I'm having some trouble with the sun being too intense and whiting out my renderings, you can see in the photo.  It's so white you can't see the sky! Any tips for how to adjust. I've changed the sun to 0 in the Graphic Display Options but that doesn't seem to help. I've also messed with the Adjust Exposeure but that darkens my whole image.

thanks!  revit 2012

Under the sun settings change your solar study to Still and select a time of day like 6pm to try and get the sun to darken a bit.  There are also a few Presets you could chose from.  That might help.  The other option would be to render with artificial lights only then export to photoshop and put in your own background.

No other suggestions except to just play around with the time of day for the sun... As long as you aren't looking for an exact "time" rendering this should help.

I did want to say the rendering looks great though!

Thanks guys, I've messed around with the render settings some but had to do two renderings with different settings and merged them together in photoshop.  see attached.

Came out nice... are those armchairs on the carpet? they look like they are floating a little bit.
